Enjoyment is pleasurable. Disgust is crippling. I never grew out of being a picky eater. I was embarrassed as I picked around foods at restaurants. I felt left out when I never wanted to try the thing other people were eating because it might have an ingredient I don't like. I had to get over this, so I decided to go on a quest to learn to like all foods. I want to like all kinds of food and all kinds of ingredients. I want to show others that they can be adventurous eaters as well. In a culture where food is seen as bad food, good food, clean food, and processed food, I hope to remember that all food is good food... even if you don't like it yet. So, join the questers as we learn to appreciate all food. After all, it's better to like things than to not like them.
