Rasik Raman Das is a humble follower of the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition, based at ISKCON Ujjain. He is a dedicated student of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita, and other Vedic scriptures. He received Harinam initiation in 2018 from his revered spiritual master HH Bhakti Charu Swami Maharaj at ISKCON Ujjain, and Gayatri initiation in 2023 from HH Giriraj Swami Maharaj, under the divine shelter of HH Radhanath Swami Maharaj at Govardhan Ecovillage. His spiritual training includes: NDTP and Bhakti Shastri under Avanti Higher Education, Ujjain PDC (Personality Development Course) at ISKCON NVCC, Pune Bhakti Vaibhava from Bhaktivedanta Vidyapith, Govardhan Ecovillage In 2021, he joined Govardhan Ecovillage as an Assistant Manager in the Seva Office, focusing on relationship development and guest care.
