It was the school days, while fellow students were focused on choosing between arts and engineering, we were quite an exception. 'Youngsters and social responsibilities never go together'. We wanted to prove the myth wrong. That’s when we collected money from our parents and visited a nearby orphanage. It was that life changing visit which ignited our minds and hearts towards serving the society. We then went on to help the people affected by Uttarakhand floods(2013). Helping became a habit and we continued our service for over 7 years. We wanted to extend our helping hands to more people and realised the need for Jatayu Charitable Trust. Hence Jatayu Charitable Trust was formed in May 2020. Instead of seeking for solutions outside we decided to be the solution. Hence we took the motto ‘Be the change you seek’. We serve not just to help others but also to discover ourself in that process.
