Hello and welcome! My name is Kate and on this channel we will be learning how to create new habits and routines to take life from disorganized chaos to organized chaos. I am not looking for perfection, just looking for new ways to incorporate health habits into my life that will allow me to live with in my means and live my best life. So if you have read this far, you are most likely interested in budgeting using the zero base budget, savings challenges, becoming debt free, planning and organizing life. As an adult with ADHD and anxiety, I have struggled for years to organize and manage all aspects of my families and I life. It is time to make some changes. I have a feeling that I am not the only person living a disorganized and chaotic life and hope that my channel will inspire and help others to make the changes to improve their health, wealth, and financial situations.
