Under the umbrella of the Sounds of the Southwest Singers, Inc. founded in 2010. The Sounds of the Southwest Chorale (SSWC) made it's debut in 2015 also under founding director Matt Deller. The SSWC emphasizes the more traditional classical genre. The group will grow to a maximum of 40. While the group is in its infancy they have undertaken some strong and mighty projects. They joined forces with the Southwestern College Concert Choir from Chula Vista, CA in performing the Joseph Julian Gonzalez, Misa Azteca and the Mark Hayes, Requiem in 2015. In December, 2015 the Chorale performed their first solo venture of Charles Gounod's St. Cecilia's Mass with Organist Ilona Kubiaczyk-Adler.
