Welcome to Pure Palate TV! My name is Chris Foy, I'm a chef and health coach. I'm originally from Brazil but I've been living in US over 2 decades and I realize there's a need to educate the community on how to eat and cook in a better way. My whole purpose with cooking is to teach how to cook your favorite dishes in a healthier and cleaner way.
