One Pesantren One Product atau disingkat OPOP adalah salah satu dari 17 program unggulan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jawa Barat masa jabatan 2018-2023 yang disebut program "Pesantren Juara". Dengan dilandasi payung hukum Pergub Nomor 24 Tahun 2019 Tentang One Pesantren One Product. Program ini dijalankan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui UPTD P3W Jabar. Sebagian besar pesantren di Jawa Barat belum mampu mandiri secara ekonomi untuk membiayai kebutuhan operasional maupun pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pesantren. Oleh karena itu Program OPOP bertujuan untuk menciptakan, mengembangkan, dan memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan oleh setiap pesantren di Daerah Provinsi yang dapat mewujudkan kemandirian pesantren. Program ini pun dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan upaya pengentasan kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan umat di lingkungan Pesantren dalam menumbuh-kembangkan ekonomi Pesantren.
