Hi! I'm Jane, a French wild swimmer in my fifties. I swim in the North Atlantic Ocean all year long in a simple bikini with my dog, no matter the weather conditions ; even when it's raining, storming, or when the water barely hits 6°C and the air -7°C! What so many would consider "bad" conditions, I see a gift to be able to fully connect to nature. I'm lucky to live by a beautiful beach in Brittany, France, which is my sanctuary. I love feeling the water on my body, I always did, I'm in my element. I feel its positive energy, it has become my daily essential to recharge myself. Through this channel, I wish to inspire others to start wild swimming too. It brings so much joy into your life and benefits to your health ! I started making videos with my dearest dog Réglisse who swam with me. Now I'm continuing the journey with my sweet dog Chanel.
