Girl suffering from PTSD uses singing to help her overcome trauma. This is me. Singing my heart out. I'm making up the lyrics as I go along. These are just words and melodies coming out. Nothing is rehearsed. No experience at singing before BUT it is helping me learn to express myself. Express my feelings. I hope something good can come out of all this suffering. I have been suffering for 4 years with PTSD. If you like my songs please tell me. They are sketchy but hoping to improve the more I do.
