This channel focuses solely on realistic natural progress when weight training, to combat misinformation, body dysmorphia, and unrealistic standards. I've been strength training since August 7, 2019 in high school during a weight loss journey, eventually losing over 70lbs. I have remained consistent in the gym since October 28, 2020 during an international health crisis caused by a pandemic. I grew up with insomnia and struggle to go on a consistent healthy diet. Regardless of these weak links, I still put in as much work as I can, which is what I am sharing here for myself and others who may experience similar weak links as I do, or just want to view realistic muscle-building progress. (I do not own a Twitter, TikTok, Instagram or Snapchat account. Anyone claiming to be me there are impersonators. My primary source of social media is YouTube and Discord.)
