2002年12月31日。東京・新木場に誕生した日本最大級の多目的エンタテイメントスペース「STUDIO COAST」。 「ageHa」はそこでスタートしたイベントおよびクラブブランドであり、「STUDIO COAST」は「ageHa」のためにこそ構想されました。 象徴的存在である完全オリジナルのサウンドシステム「オクタゴン」がインストールされた広大なメインフロア。ベイエリアのロケーションを活かしたプールやパーク、テントなど開放的な複数の屋外フロア。非日常的で唯一無二の空間を舞台にジャンルを超えた世界中のトップDJ、アーティスト、パフォーマーが集い、伝説的な一夜を積み重ねてきました。 そして活動20年目となる2022年1月30日。STUDIO COASTの借地契約満了に伴い、惜しまれつつも新木場での活動を終了しました。 ageHaにおける延べ来場者は約300万人以上にのぼり、多くのクラバーたちの記憶に刻まれた感動はダンスミュージックシーンのレガシーとして今も生き続けています。 そのレガシーとカルチャーを次の時代へと繋げていくべく、ageHaは国内外での新たなイベントやプロジェクトを計画、実現していきます。 December 31, 2002. On this day in Shin-Kiba, Tokyo, Japan's largest multi-purpose entertainment space "Studio Coast" was born. The event / club brand that launched there is known as "ageHa"—the very reason for Studio Coast's existence. January 30th, 2022. On the venue's twentieth year in business, the contract for the land upon which Studio Coast stood—expired. And so, amidst many a heavy heart, the Shin-Kiba location closed its doors permanently. #ageha_tokyo #ageha
