Zdravo! Dobrodošao/la na YouTube kanal na kome ćeš naučiti kako da se podmladiš i budeš fit u tijelu, licu i umu. Ja sam Ivana, bivša stjuardesa, sertifikovana instruktorka joge lica, joge i pilatesa. Svoje treninge joge sam prošla u Rišikešu (Indija) 2019. i na Baliju 2022. O jogi lica sam se edukovala kod svjetski poznate učiteljice Face Yoge - Fumiko Takatsu. Rodjena sam 1992. godine (znam da se mnogi već pitaju, pa odmah da pomenem) 😁 Moja strast su prirodni vidovi očuvanja vitalnosti, zdravlja, samopouzdanja i ljepote. Želja mi je da sa ovim kanalom podržimo jedni druge u stvaranju ljepšeg i kvalitetnijeg života. To zaista počinje od našeg rada, ali se tu ne zaustavlja. Vjerujem da nas naš put razvoja, ukoliko je iskren i plemenit, dovodi do dubljeg kontakta sa drugima, a kroz taj kontakt smo i mi bliži našem smislu.
