The targeted, personal, niche health approach the astute health seeker is looking for. Videos here relate to my Concierge Health Advisor website. Meant as a place where I can post even more content to account for the space constraints on web host sites - https://steveandelkovic.wixsite.com/conciergehealthadvis The health approach I advocate is nutrition centred with an emphasis on micronutrients, while considering absorption and weighing up the risk vs benefits of foods the mainstream is wrong about. I don’t push exercise at all for health, and longevity as diet restriction and exercise is a century plus failed theory also. I do have a multidisciplinary approach, but it’s not of the low efficacy of mainstream health concepts. I do hope some insights are gained here while I promote my now high end high efficacy service. I do have free content out there as a low quality podcast for those after some sort of further access to my approach insights.
