Pizzaiolo Mario lavora presso Ristorante Pizzeria L'Infinito Correggio (Reggio Emilia) Proviene da una lunga e consolidata tradizione familiare il nostro Mario Petrolo, in quanto tutti i suoi cari si occupano di cucina, gastronomia e naturalmente hanno le mani in pasta. Il papà, la mamma e i suoi due fratelli: Franco e Lorenzo, più grandi di lui di qualche anno lavorano presso una pizzeria di Reggio Emilia. Da sempre, fin da piccolo, voleva diventare pizzaiolo, quindi non è stato un ripiego, ma una scelta voluta, senza essere obbligato da nessuno, nonostante i suoi fratelli avessero intrapreso la stessa strada prima di lui. Mario è cresciuto nell' ambiente, quindi ha imparato osservando, sperimentando, ma soprattutto lavorando, perché per fare in pizzaiolo ci vuole tanta esperienza. Il nostro protagonista aveva un vantaggio, giocava in casa; infatti i trucchi del mestiere li ha rubati ai fratelli più grandi, ma dopo averli osservati attentamente ha elaborato un metodo di lavoro tutto
