Physician, psychiatrist and film maker. An unusual combination perhaps, but there it is. I'm originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. I grew up there, and studied medicine at the University of Guadalajara. Then I moved to the US to do my postgraduate medical training, & have practiced medicine in Texas since. But, doctors can have other interests outside of medicine too.🤓 One of mine is the environment, which is why I made two films about the environmental challenges humanity is facing: “Endgame 2050” and “GREENWASHED". After slugging through the long process of making two films, I am excited & looking forward to NOT producing any more films (ever!!😅). Instead, I’m now focused on making short videos/conversations/interviews to publish right here on YouTube, to help raise awareness of topics that I think are important.
