About Fasdat Sebze
Fasdat Sebze Doğrama Paketleme San. ve Tic. AŞ. 2010 yılının Kasım ayında Antalya Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde yaklaşık 16000 m2 açık , 4000 m2 kapalı alan üzerine öncelikle otel ve restaurantların salata ihtiyacını karşılamak üzere üretime başlamıştır. Tesiste aysberg, lolorosso, endivyen, polorosso, palamut, yedikule gibi marul çeşitleri ile lahana vb. hammaddelerle çok değişik tip ve özellikte sebze ürünleri işlenmektedir. Belirlenen kalitede ön ayıklama işleminin yapılmasının ardından tam otomasyon sistemle el değmeden kesim, dezenfeksiyon durulama, kurutma ve Türkiye’de ilk defa koruyucu atmosfer koşulları altında paketleme işlemleri yapılarak daha uzun raf ömrü ve daha taze ürün muhafaza imkanı sağlanır. Soğuk zincir kırılmadan sevkedilen ürünler müşteriye ilk günkü gibi taze sunulur. Firma, üretime başladıktan kısa bir süre sonra “A Grade BRC Food “ belgesini alarak üretim ve ürün kalitesini mükemmellik düzeyinde tescillemiştir. Akdeniz Yeşilliği, Göbek Marul vb.
