Rektor UNU Blitar adalah Prof. Dr. H. M. Zainuddin, M.Pd. Saat ini, UNU Blitar memiliki 3 Fakultas dan 17 Program Studi. UNU Blitar juga memiliki 3 kampus sebagai tempat perkuliahan. Kampus I di Jalan Masjid No. 22, Kota Blitar, Kampus II di Kec. Srengat, Kab. Blitar, dan Kampus III di Graha NU Kab. Blitar.
