Hello! Welcome to the channel! Apeiron Parkour is about inspiring families and communities to reach their full potential in life. We commenced in 2014 as part of the Apeiron Martial Arts and Parkour school and are based in the Hawkesbury, New South Wales. Parkour is also known as “The Art of Motion” - getting from one place to another with freedom of movement, at speed, and with creativity. Parkour is an activity where the aim is to move fluidly, accurately and quickly around obstacles. Children will learn to think strategically as well as develop their physical strength, coordination and agility. Parkour is the ultimate way to challenge your body, to move swiftly and effectively. You learn to leap over tall objects in a single bound, dive role and flip with safety, develop upper body grip strength and swing from bar to bar with lache training. This channel will produce a wide variety of content for everybody to enjoy!!
