Welcome to my YouTube channel about sweet art and baking. My videos are for everyone who wants to learn something or just get inspired. :-) I have always wanted to be a confectioner and I love modelling (since was 4). My dream have started to become true since my secondary school studies at Secondary School of Gastronomy in Nova Paka - branch of study : confectionary. I got the great opportunity to take part in a statewide competition (CZ) - 3 golden medals, participate in an International Championship in Luxembourg: 1 golden medal and World Olympiad in Germany: 2 gold medal and 1 silver medal. Nowadays, I work as a teacher at mentioned school and prepare other students for the competitions. But I haven’t given up art confectionary! I keep doing what I love and try to do my best in that area and that is why I set up that channel. You can gather some experience and get some advice to make a model of your fave film characters, cute animals or cake decorations.
