Welcome to the Green Onions and Tomatoes cooking channel. This is a place where I share all the recipes that my family loves with you :) Initially, the purpose of my cooking channel is for my kids to refer back to when they are older. It's to avoid the problem of not having an answer to this question; "Remember when Mom and Dad made this meal back when we were young, I wonder how they made that?". Now, they will have a record of all the recipes and how it's made. Then I thought, why not share it with everybody :) I'm a big fan of supporting local organizations and buying local products as I believe that keeping it local is a major factor in keeping a vibrant and sustainable community 🙂. Overall, my goal is to create "circular goodness" 🙂 in our local communities through the creation and sharing of food 🙂 to have healthy communities for my kids, and also, to show them the importance of sharing your knowledge and ideas.
