EdLee is a 20 year singer/songwriter/producer based in the UK. Ed was classically trained and spent 4 years singing choral music in Winchester Cathedral Choir while growing up, which is where his love and appreciation of music started. At the age of 16, Ed started recording and uploading singing covers on YouTube under the username “Edward Lee Covers”. After a while, Ed moved to Instagram as the main social media platform to use for his music content. He built a following of over 40,000 followers by uploading covers and building a community around it. All of this hugely motivated him to release tracks of his own. In May of 2020, Ed released his first single, “from the start” with the artist name of “EdLee” and has since released 2 other singles “vulnerable” and “a song about you”. During the pandemic lockdowns, Ed has been learning how to produce and mix music. His recent single “a song about you” was written, produced and mixed at home by Ed in his bedroom. He plans to release his debut EP in the early months of 2022.
