I had Gastric Bypass Surgery January 14, 2020 and I eat low carb. All my recipes are keto// and low-carb. I lost 175 pounds in the past 2 years. I love cooking and baking, but don't like all the carbs that come with it. I have never felt better in my life by eating more healthier then I was pre-surgery. I'm in remission from being a diabetic and my Blood Pressure and Cholesterol are normal. Getting lots of protein and fiber in your diet keeps you full and not feeling hungry in between meals. I keep track of my daily meals on the carb manager app on my phone, which let's me know my intake for the day. I create meals and deserts while keeping everything low-carb but is packed full of flavor. Enjoy all of those delicious recipes 😋 without all the guilt. You can even have your favorite snacks and keep them keto/Low Carb, while staying within you macros.
