Hey everyone! My name is Julia. During my time at University I developed anorexia, when it presented itself as the best option for the position I was put in. As I struggled through recovery, I realized that in order to help myself I needed to better educate myself on not only the physical components of eating disorders but also the mental ones. I decided to make this channel to share everything I have learned/am still learning. It is my hope that my story will help other people battling something similar. My channel features it all: my day to day activities, fun food challenges/reviews, my major life events, and of course discussions about eating disorders!
