EMILAND are Vocal：ウルトラエミ (衣美/ex-ズクナシ) Guitar：ハイパーボブ (小林 "Bobsan" 直一/Mountain Mocha Kilimanjaro) Bass：ネバーダイ (Tanaami Daisuke/RIDDIMATES , CaSSETTE CON-LOS) Drums：スーパーあかね (茜/ex-ズクナシ) 2019年2月、女性スリーピースソウルバンド”ズクナシ”の解散後、ギターボーカルの衣美（エミ）が、ネクストレベルのソウル＆ファンクを求めて始動。 17年共に"ズクナシ"として活動してきたドラマーの茜（アカネ）と、古くから親交のあったMountain Mocha KilimanjaroのギタリストBobsan、RIDDIMATESのベーシストDaisukeを誘い、一緒に音を出してみたい、そして心機一転新しいプロジェクトを立ち上げたいと依頼し、4/1吉祥寺からライブスタートする。 2020年1月、1st Album「OPEN」をリリース。 同年夏、7inchレコード「for SUMMER」と「for LIFE」の2枚のSingleをリリース。 2021年5月、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴い開催を断念した"SOULBOOK 2020"。幻となってしまった10周年アニバーサリーに思いを馳せ、主催のEMILANDとミートザホープスがタッグを組んで楽曲を制作。「パーレーインザベースメント/Bookmark」を7inch レコード Singleをリリース。 同年12月、姉妹Soul、FunkユニットWAY WAVEの3rd Album 『VENUS STEP』へ、楽曲提供、プロデュースで参加する。ウルトラエミが作詞・作曲した「WAVY GIRL」が7inch EPで先行シングル・カットされた。 2022年4月、EMILAND & WAY WAVEのコラボレーション7inch レコードをリリース。CRAZY KEN BANDの名曲カバー「けむり／かっこいいブーガルー」２曲を収録。 2023年8月、2nd Album 「ROLL」をリリース。 2026年9月、3rd Album「LIFE」をリリースする。
