In my videos I will highlight the importance of good sleep hygiene and working out but focus will be on the carnivore diet as the main reason why I have won battle over depression, anxiety and brain fog after more than 2 decades and why everything comes easy and naturally right now. I have bachelor's degree in marine engineering and I have done some time on sea. It was a very hard job, no where near as hard as battling depression/inflammation caused by food.
