I've struggled with being obese and overweight all my life, I tend to turn to food and comfort eating to deal with my emotions and different challenging situations. I'm tired of feeling tired, depressed, struggling to find clothes, not being comfortable in my own body and so much more. I also suffer from ADD which is one more reason for me to change the way I eat and work out to help with my diagnosis.
