Hello there, come inside! I'm Lars. From my kitchen in Copenhagen i develop mostly plant based recipes and explore my interests in food, culture, and languages through goofy little videos. I'm an anthropologist, NOT a chef, but I've been cooking my entire life and I'm passionate about teaching people ways to make easier, better, and more interesting food. At times the conversation about what we should and shouldn't eat can get a bit partisan, creating barriers that might make it harder to get people to reduce their meat consumption.
