Hello and welcome to my channel! I'm Martin, a cyclist just turned 50 and I live on the amazing Lancashire/Yorkshire border (in northwest England, UK). Between family and work commitments I like to get out out my bikes as much as possible. Contrary to more recent trends in cycling, none of my bikes cost more than my car ... and I drive a fairly inexpensive second-hand car! Over the last few years I've completed some of the UK's iconic multi-day cycle tours and I've also started doing my own bike maintenance at home, learning more about gear and keeping relatively inexpensive bikes on the road and in good condition.
