This channel follows my return to the coast after years away from the sport that once helped me through the hardest period of my life. I fish mainly along the Holderness Coast and the Humber Estuary, targeting whatever the seasons brings. But The Returning Tide is more than just fishing. It’s about 2nd chance After years caring for family, struggling with my mental health, and finally transitioning to live as the woman I always knew I was, I stepped away from the sea for a long time. Now I’m returning to something that once gave me peace. I will show the real side of sea fishing — the good sessions, the blank sessions, the cold nights, the early mornings, and hopefully a few fish along the way.
