Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. -Add milk,mix continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes). -Turn off the flame,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cream,BBQ sauce,pink salt,red chilli powder, mix well,turn on the flame & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes. -Add jalapenos & mix well.Smoky cheese sauce is ready! Prepare Crispy Chicken Shots: -In a bowl,add chicken,pink salt,paprika powder,garlic powder,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,egg & mix well. -In cornflakes,add seasoned chicken & coat well. -Place them in an air fryer basket (lined with air fryer liner),spray cooking oil & air fry at 140°C for 10-12 minutes. -In an air fryer basket (lined with air fryer liner),add potato fries,spray cooking oil & air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Assembling: -In a bowl,add potato fries,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,pink salt,garlic powder & toss well. -In a serving dish,add seasoned fries,mixed cheese,crispy chicken shots,mayonnaise,tomato ketchup, prepared smoky cheese sauce,red chilli crushed,fresh parsley & serve!
