â–ºDON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE! --- A massive round of thanks to everyone who helped me by giving me info for this video. In particular, I want to especially thank all the former Izumicon directors who gave me info, screenshots, and other resources. What happened in 2018 was heartbreaking for all of Izumicon's community, but no group more so than them; therefore, I'm especially grateful that they'd take the time to help me tell this story. And thank all of you for being so patient with this video. I'm sorry it took so long, but I hope it's worth the wait! --- Regarding how information for this video was gathered: Most of my information is sourced from conversations/interviews with people who were directly involved: directors, volunteers, panelists, guests, etc. Some of them are named in the video, most of them aren't (and I hope this goes without saying, but if---for whatever reason---you believe you know the name/identity of any of the people mentioned in the video who aren't mentioned by name, please respect their privacy: don't comment their names, roles, or any other information revealing/suggesting who they are). I asked for screenshots/physical evidence where possible, but alas, that wasn't possible with every single piece of info. But you'll notice when I'm talking about any such info that, despite being unable to 100% prove it with external evidence that was made available to me, I still think was worth mentioning for whatever reason (you'll probably notice hearing phrases like, "this person alleges" or "this person claims," for example). I've been working on this video for a long time now---literal years---so some of the time stamps on posts (fb ones, in particular, which after a certain amount of time just read how many years old to the day a post is) might seem wonky/misaligned. But this is because most of them were grabbed in 2019 and 2020. --- Massive thanks to MechaManDan of That Blasted Salami, who helped with the editing for this video. More specifically: in addition to a few little things sprinkled throughout the video, he did the entire second half of the Aftermath section (everything after Tokyo in Tulsa 2019). https://www.youtube.com/@ThatBlastedSalami --- Afest 2017 Vlogs Friday Posing, Dancing, & lots O JOJO - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPyKqBW3bwg Anime Oklahoma 2019, Pt 1 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKW6zbKqTsE [ASMR 360] Anime Expo 2019 Sunday Dealer's Hall Walkthrough - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SsCBKtSpBT8 DashCon Disaster -- Welcome to Night Vale Walks Out & More - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3_6v4J6AIk Failure | IzumiCon, Kickstarter, and Canvas Repairs - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCjb1uIJkG0 GoDaikocon!
