तो आज इस वीडियो में Dr. Nisha Kapoor (Gastroenterologist) , हेपेटाइटिस बी क्या है?- लक्षण, बचाव के उपाय और सही इलाज (Hepatitis B in Hindi) इस विषय पर महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देनेवाली है। Hepatitis B एक वायरस है जो लिवर के अंदर इन्फेक्शन पैदा करता है और इसका जो genetic material यनेके DNA सेल्स के साथ घुल मिल जाता है , जिसके कारन उसे बहार निकलना मुश्किल पड़ता है। Acute Hepatitis B अगर बचपन में किसीको होता है तो 90% संभावना रहती है की आगे जाके यह Chronic Hepatitis B में परिवर्तित हो जायेगा। लेकिन adults में अगर Acute Hepatitis B हो जाए तो आगे जाके उनमेसे 5% लोगोको Chronic Hepatitis B हो सकता है। जिनको Chronic Hepatitis B होता है वो आगे जाते उनमेसे 20-30% लोगो में cirrhosis of liver होने की संभावना होती है। Cirrhosis of liver , Chronic Hepatitis B में ५ साल के अंदर हो सकता है। और यह Liver cancer केलिए जिम्मेदार होता है। इसीलिए इसके बारेमें जानना और इसकी रोकथाम करना जरुरी है। Prevention of Hepatitis B - इसकी रोकथाम हम इसके वैक्सीन के तीन dose लेके कर सकते है। इसे पहले हमे HBsAg की जांच करनी जरुरी है , अगर HBsAg negative है तो हमे तीन doses vaccination के लगेंगे। अगर HBsAg positive है तो हमे hepatitis B हो चूका है और vaccination यहाँ पे काम नहीं करती है। यह doses 0- १ महीना - ६ महीनेके अंतराल पे लगेंगे। आजकल सरकार ने Universal organizational Programme है , उसके अंतर्गत सभी बच्चोकेलिए यह अनिर्वाय किया है की सबको यह vaccination मुफत दाम में , सरकारी अस्पतालों में मिले। Hepatitis B Treatment अगर किसीको Chronic Hepatitis B है तो डॉक्टर्स इन्फेक्शन को कण्ट्रोल कर सकते है। Chronic Hepatitis B पूरी तरह से शरीर मेसे निकालना है काफी मुश्किल होता है। इसमें conversion rate 1% से भी कम होता है। इसके इलाज केलिए पेशेंट को आजीवन गोलिया खानी होती है। और साल में एक बार Liver function tests या ultrasound या AFP test करना पड़ता है। इसके साथ और भी टेस्ट होते है जो डॉक्टर्स को बताते है की गोलियों की आवश्यकता है या नहीं। जिनमे पहले Acute Hepatitis B हो चूका होता है उनमे Hepatitis B passive होता है वह liver में कोई सूजन पैदा नहीं करता है। ऐसे में ट्रीटमेंट की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है उनको केवल follow up की आवश्यकता होती है। प्रेग्नेंट महिलाये जिनमे Hepatitis B है उनको आखरी तीन महीनोंमें treatment शुरू की जाती है ताकि यह बच्चे में ना फैले जो एकसाल तक चलता है | अधिक जानकारी के लिए पूरी वीडियो देखे | और फिरभी अगर कोई और सवाल हो तो हमे जरूर लिखिए: [email protected] हम आपके सरे सवालों के जवाब देने की कोशिश करेंगे | Check out other related videos: 1.एसिडिटी का इलाज : एसिडिटी का इलाज 2. पेट में gas क्यों होती है? : https://youtu.be/XYj9ypehoV8 3.
