Hydrochloride -50 Kgs On 09-08-2022, on a tip off about the preparation of banned Narcotic Psychotropic Substances / Synthetic drugs at the lab of AKSHAJ Molecular Research Private Limited, situated at Street No. 3, IDA, Uppal, the sleuths of SOT, Bhongir& Uppal Police along with Drug Inspector conducted a raid and found two accused persons preparing synthetic drugs by using Ephedrine and other chemicals and seized 37 grams of Narcotic Substance / Synthetic drug, 3.6 Kgs of Narcotic Substances liquid, 12 bottles of Methylamine 500 ml, one LSD blot, one Cocaine capsule, Glass reactor,50 Kgs of Hydrochloride, two cars and other incriminating material. Later a search was also conducted at the houses of accused persons and which resulted in the seizure of 16 grams of Narcotic Substance / Synthetic drug at the instance of accused Srinivas Reddy. Brief about Pulicherla Srinivas Reddy:- The accused Pulicherla Srinivas Reddy born and brought up in Koratipadu (V), Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. In the year 1994 he has done B. Pharmacy from JSS college of Pharmacy, Mysore.Later he worked as medicalrepresentative. In the year 2010 he was arrested by NCB, Chennai in a similar case for peddling of Ephedrine Synthetic drug. In the year 2014, he was arrested by the NCB, Hyderabad vide Cr. No. 48/1/1/2014/NCB/Sub-Zone/Hyd and MSJ Court, LB Nagar, SC No.57/2015, for preparation and supplying of Methamphetamine and lodged in jail. In the year 2015, a case was registered vide Cr. No. 178/15 U/sec. 8 (c), 22(c), 28, 29, 30 of NDPS Act at Keesara police station in this case he is absconding. In the year 2018, a case was registered by Uppal Police vide Cr. No. 69/2018 U/s. 8 (c)r/w 22 (c) of NDPS Act-1985 in this case also the accused Pulicherla Srinivas Reddy absconding in this case. Pulicherla Srinivas Reddy didn’t mend his way and again he started doing the preparation of Narcotic Substance / Synthetic drugs along with Nampally Lenin Babu.After preparation of the Narcotic Substance Methamphetamine drug, Pulicherla Srinivas Reddy used to supply the same to Napolean of Chennai. Brief about Nampally Lenin Babu:- The accused Nampally Lenin Babuborn and brought in Gopulayapally (V), Narketpally of Nalgonda district. He is a post graduate in Organic Chemistry (2002-2004) from CKM (Chanda Kanthaiah Memorial) college, Deshaipet, Warangal. In the year 2004 to 2013 he worked as Junior Scientist in various companies viz., Suvan, Mitros, Sai Life Sciences, Albany etc., and finally he rose to the level of Sr. Chemist in R&D Wing. In the year 2014 he started R&D unit with name and style as AKSHAJ Molecular Research Private Limited in a rented shed for Rs.27,000/- per month near GVK Bio Sciences, Nacharam Ranga Reddy district. In the year 2019 he shifted his lab toIDA, Uppal,near Nagole, Metro Station in a rented shed for Rs.27,000/- per month. In the year 2017, one Prabhakar (original name not known) met Nampally Lenin Babu and introduced Pulicherla Srinivas Reddy and advised to develop Agri chemicals. While they were developing the synthetic drugs Uppal Excise Police vide Cr. No. 69/2018 U/s. 8 (c)r/w 22 (c) of NDPS Act-1985 apprehended on the charges of manufacturing Narcotic Substance Methamphetamine drug, he was arrested and lodged in Cherlapallijail.
