So you can play up to four notes at once with what's provided by default. Hopefully it is clear how each module stacks vertically. The origins of this come from me working on a wireless radio with somebody else ( https://www.youtube.com/@iPlayGamesX ). We went our separate ways mid-project, and JazziRed's video (https://youtu.be/V6X2BHpeLww?si=Kg4Tf-RqTh-yRRdy) inspired me to finish what was supposed to be my half: the music player. I replaced everything the other person worked on, and I'm proud to present to y'all a programmable speaker! Some notes if you wish to use this speaker: 1) When you paste it into your world, most likely the note blocks will not register the instrument block beneath them. There's no real nice way around this as far as I can tell. You can, however, manually replace all the noteblocks and it should be fine 2) Due to tile tick ordering, you cannot change an instrument and play a pitch the same tick. If you try, the speaker plays a bunch of notes simultaneously instead. 3) You cannot play a singular pitch at 10Hz on one module. This is the one caveat to the 10Hz note playing. The easiest way around this is to have two modules playing that pitch at 5Hz to give time to depower and power appropriately. Alternatively, if you need the 10Hz pitch frequently, you can also just modify the speaker to full power the purple lines every tick (and have the right tile tick ordering so that notes can still play). 4) To input your own signals, remove the dark green wool and brown wool circuits. These are for manual selection of instruments and pitches for demonstration purposes. 5) If you offset the priming line signals by 1gt, the modules will play with that 1gt offset. So if you wish to have 20Hz playback, you can have two of these 10Hz modules, with one having a 1gt priming offset. This is especially convenient given that the input signals do not need to have the same offset for the final note offset to be present. So you can have one 10Hz ROM feed into both the normal module and the offset module to have 20Hz sound playback. Also, normally I would have liked to do like an example song to highlight the power of the player, but I am very burnt out from working on this. I want to present something that works at this point rather than force myself to go further beyond and never present anything at all. Maybe I'll do it later :3 (but don't count on it). If you'd like to make songs for the speaker, or even make a converter, go for it! I'd recommend looking into Open Note Block Studio, or the Thirty Dollar Website with custom sounds (I have a browser plugin for this already on my Github).
