❣️Ring Idly❣️Complete Recipe👇 . ✅ Ingredients: 🔹 Aval (Poha) – 1 cup 🔹 Rava (Sooji) – 1 cup 🔹 Curd – ¾ cup 🔹 Water – 2 tbsp for grinding 🔹 Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp 🔹 Green Chilli (finely chopped) – 1 🔹 Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp 🔹 Curry Leaves – few 🔹 Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp 🔹 Salt – as needed 🔹 Water – as needed for shaping . ✅ Method: 1️⃣ Rinse the aval thoroughly, drain the water, and keep aside. In a bowl, combine rava and curd. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. 2️⃣ Add the rinsed aval to a mixer jar along with 2 tbsp water and salt. Grind into a thick, smooth batter. 3️⃣ Transfer the batter to a bowl. Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and cumin seeds. Mix everything well. 4️⃣ Wet your hands slightly with water. Take a small portion of the batter and shape it into a ring, leaving a hole in the centre, just like a medu vada. 5️⃣ Arrange the rings in a greased idli plate or steamer plate and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. 6️⃣ Allow them to cool slightly before removing.
