We've just spent the last week on our favourite UK beach park ups, doing van life in the incredible Northumberland (UK), but how does it compare to the NC500 (North Coast 500, Scotland)? We have been living in a van in the UK now for over a year, and this place truly shocked us...it was simply magnificent The Northumberland Coast is one of the best campervan road trips in Britain. We started the trip off at Blast Beach, Seaham, Teeside. We then drove into Northumberland to Blyth, followed by Cresswell Beach, Amble Marina, Warkworth Castle, Alnmouth, Alnwick (where Harry Potter & Hogwarts films were set, and Robin Hood Prince of Thieves), Lower Newton, Seahouses (where we saw puffins), Bamburgh, Holy Island/Lindisfarne, and then Cheswick Beach near Berwick.
