This is day three of Easy One Pan Chicken Pasta Week — the brightest most colorful pasta of the whole week and the one that will make everyone think you went to culinary school. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Chicken breasts, sliced into strips - Bowtie pasta, dry - Broccoli florets - Butter, garlic, heavy cream, chicken broth - Lemon juice - Italian seasoning, parmesan, fresh parsley #lemonbutterpasta #onepandinner #easychickendinner RECIPE — One Pan Lemon Butter Chicken Bowtie Pasta with Broccoli Ingredients: • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts, sliced into strips • 12 oz bowtie pasta, dry • 2 cups broccoli florets • 4 tbsp butter, divided • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 cup heavy cream • 2 cups chicken broth • 1 lemon, juiced • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • ¾ cup parmesan, grated • 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tbsp butter over medium high heat. Sear chicken strips 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. 2. Melt remaining butter in same skillet. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. 3. Pour in cream and broth. Add Italian seasoning. Add dry bowtie pasta. Bring to boil then simmer covered 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally. 4. Add broccoli florets last 4-5 minutes of cooking. 5. Return chicken to pan. Squeeze lemon over everything. Stir to combine. 6. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan until glossy. Top with parsley and extra parmesan. Serve straight from the pan.
