The full Red Lobster experience made entirely at home — fluffy cheesy Cheddar Bay Biscuits made with Bisquick and finished with a garlic herb Old Bay butter, paired with juicy garlic butter shrimp with lemon and fresh parsley. Both arranged on one stunning platter for under $20. This is day three of Copycat Restaurant Week — and that platter shot with golden biscuits surrounding glistening garlic butter shrimp is genuinely one of the most beautiful food shots of the whole week. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bisquick, sharp cheddar, milk, garlic powder for biscuits - Butter, garlic powder, Old Bay, fresh parsley for topping - Large shrimp, butter, garlic, Old Bay, lemon, parsley for shrimp #cheddarbaydbiscuits #redlobster #copycatrecipes RECIPE — Cheddar Bay Biscuits Ingredients: • 2½ cups Bisquick baking mix • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded • ¾ cup cold milk • ¼ tsp garlic powder • 4 tbsp butter, melted • ½ tsp garlic powder for topping • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment. 2. Mix Bisquick, cheddar, milk and garlic powder until just combined. Don't overmix. 3. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto sheet pan. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden. 4. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Old Bay and parsley. Brush generously over hot biscuits immediately. 5. GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP: Pat shrimp dry. Season with Old Bay, salt and pepper. 6. Melt 3 tbsp butter over medium high heat. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove. 7. Add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 1 minute. Squeeze lemon in. Return shrimp and toss. 8. Arrange shrimp in center of platter. Place biscuits around edges. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Tips: ★ Don't overmix the biscuit dough — lumpy batter makes fluffier biscuits. ★ Brush garlic butter on immediately out of the oven while still hot. ★ Old Bay in the topping is the detail that makes these taste exactly like Red Lobster.
