(SLIT) FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया A HANDFUL (CHOPPED) MINT | पुदीना A HANDFUL (CHOPPED) OIL | तेल 2 TBSP GHEE | घी 2 TBSP CURD | दही 350 GRAMS (WHISKED) HOT WATER | गरम पानी AS REQUIRED ROASTED KASURI METHI POWDER | भुनी कसूरी मेथी का पाउडर A LARGE PINCH GARAM MASALA | गरम मसाला A PINCH SUGAR | शक्कर A PINCH Method: Add the chicken into a large bowl, cut the tendons on the leg bone if you are using whole leg pieces(drumsticks). Add salt, all the powdered spices, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, fresh coriander, mint, oil, ghee, whisked curd & mix everything using your hand or a spatula. You can let the chicken marinate at this stage if you have the time, this is all that this recipe requires, it is super easy. To cook the curry, set a pressure cooker over high flame & let is get hot. Then add the chicken, stir well & cook over high flame for 4-5 minutes. Next add hot water according to the consistency you prefer, I like the final consistency to be slightly thin so I add hot water until the level reaches just below the chicken. Place the lid & pressure cook the chicken over medium flame for 2-3 whistles. If the chicken is of good quality, then 2 whistles are enough. Switch off the flame & let the cooker de-pressurize naturally, then open the lid & switch on the flame to high. You can adjust the consistency of the curry at this stage, if you want it to be thicker you can cook over high flame for a couple of minutes so that the curry reduces & thicken. If you want it to be even thinner then you can add more hot water. Taste & adjust salt if required & add kasuri methi powder, garam masala, sugar, fresh coriander & stir well. Quickest & possibly the simplest chicken curry is ready, serve it with roti, paratha & rice. #YFL #SanjyotKeer #chickencurry #easychickenrecipe Follow Your Food Lab on: https://www.instagram.com/yourfoodlab/ https://www.facebook.com/yourfoodlab/ Follow my personal handles here: (Chef Sanjyot Keer) https://www.instagram.com/sanjyotkeer/ https://www.facebook.com/sanjyotkeerofficial/ https://x.com/sanjyotkeer The Music I use in All my videos - https://bit.ly/3CdPbSc (Best for independent creators) Intro 0:00 Marinating Chicken 1:55 Special announcement 4:07 Cooking Process 5:05 Plating 8:34 Outro 10:16
