Der Teig besteht aus einem weichen Hefeteig, zu dem noch Vanilleextrakt und Zitronenabrieb gegeben werden. Dies verleiht dem Teig eine tolle, aromatische, frische Note. Zudem ist im Teig noch Backpulver. Dies bewirkt, dass der Teig noch schneller und besser aufgeht (Blitz Teig) So braucht er nicht lange aufgehen und kann schnell weiterverarbeitet werden. Dem Hefeteig werden dann noch Backfeste Schokoladen Stückchen (Schokodrops) zugefügt. Die bleiben auch nach dem Backen noch knackig und fest.
