Cook it till the sugar gets dissolved. Turn the flame off and keep it for cooling down in a bowl, put White Flour/Maida by sieving it, put Wheat Flour, Fine Semolina, Oil/Ghee, Cardamom Powder. Mix them all well and bind the soft dough using Sugar Syrup. Then Cover it and keep it for 10-15 mins. After then knead the dough with light hands by adding some Sugar Syrup to it gradually. Apply some Oil on palms and make dough balls, roll them and give them a shape using Cookie Cutter. Then make holes in the cookies with the help of a stick. Fry the cookies in a medium heated Oil and make them crispy. Then take out the fry cookies on a plate, put some heated oil on it and Garnish with some Powdered Sugar, Nicely chopped Pistachio & Almonds. In this way, Sindhi Special Cookies will get ready at home easily. For microwave Convection/Air Fryer - Put Butter paper in it then put Cookies in it & it at 180 degrees for 10 min.
