So the software engineering interview process goes like this: 1. Coding Challenge Interview After you submit your resume/cv, you'll enter the initial screening process at Google. If you pass, then you'll be asked to complete a series of coding questions online. You'll be judged on your technical skills. 2. Phone Interview If you pass the coding challenge, then you'll move onto the phone interview. During this stage, you'll be asked to answer a series of coding questions while talking with your interviewer. You'll be typing your code into a shared text editor, and you'll have to explain your thought process as you program. This stage will judge your communication and coding skills. 3.
