(Bulky Uterus in Hindi) Uterus के दो प्रमुख भाग होते है , गर्भाशय का मुख जिसे cervix कहा जाता है और जो uterus के ऊपर का भाग रहता है जो uterus की body होती है। Uterus का माप हमारे बंद मुठ्ठी जितना होता है। इसकी लम्बाई 6-6.5 cm होती है। जब यह लंबाई 7.5- 8 cm से ज्यादा होती है तब उसे Bulky uterus कहा जाता है। Bulky Uterus Causes -Bulky uterus होने का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कारण होता है पिछले बच्चे का जन्म और ऐसे में bulky uterus होना काफी सामान्य है। इसका एक कारन है , प्रेग्नेंट होने से पहले uterus की लंबाई 6 cm होती है पर जब कोई प्रेग्नेंट होता है तो यही uterus 36 cm का बन जाता है। डिलीवरी होने के बाद वापस uterus पहले वाले आकार में जानेकी कोशिश करता है पर इस पूरे प्रक्रिया थोड़ा बोहोत हिस्सा छूट जाता है। इसलिए काफी सामान्य माना जाता है। इसीलिए यह जानना महत्वपूर्ण है अगर आपको कोई दिख्खते नहीं है जैसे की period के वक्त दर्द नहीं है , bleeding जितना है उतना ही है और report bulky uterus का आता है तो उस चीज़ को लेके परेशान ना होइए। -अगर आपके uterus का size 16 या 20 cm या 40 cm हो गया , भलेही यह सारी चीज़े bulky uterus में आती हो फिर भी वह abnormal है। ऐसे size में fibroids या adenomyosis आमतौर पे होता है। काफी बार uterus में या pelvic infection होने के कारण भी bulky uterus होता है। पर हर एक कारणों के अलग अलग लक्षण होते है। पेशेंट होने के तौर पर हमे यह बात ध्यान में रखनी है की अगर आपके uterus की लम्बाई 8 या 9 cm हो और आपको कोई दिख्खते ना हो तो ऐसे में परेशान ना होए। काफी बार uterus का measurement , sonography driven measurement होता है और अगर measurement लेते वक्त थोड़ा बोहोत आगेपीछे होगया तो साइज में बदलाव आ सकता है। इसलिए घबराए गा नहीं। जानने के लिए पूरा video देखें| For more information, watch the full video.
