I have a personal ask. I am looking for introductions to a literary agent or commissioning editor for my book Homo Universalis The Regenaissance, Regenerative Living for a Symbiotic Civilization. If you know someone connected to a publishing house that works with big-idea nonfiction, systems change, future of humanity, philosophy, culture, regeneration, or civilization-level thinking, I would be deeply grateful for an introduction. I recorded the video below to share the story behind the book, why I chose not to self-publish it globally yet, and why I am asking for help from my network now. If you know me, my work, or have followed my journey, I would truly value your support. If you would like to see the manuscript, I am happy to send the PDF directly. Please feel free to message me here or email me at [email protected]. Thank you so much for your support, your trust, and any referrals you feel moved to share. I found the response to this post video both surprising and revealing. I asked for something quite simple: introductions or recommendations to a literary agent, editor, or publisher who understood the ambition behind Homo Universalis: The Regenaissance. Across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, and a network of more than 150,000 followers, colleagues, friends, organizations, podcast guests, and people who have invited me to speak around the world, almost no one responded. I do not say this with anger. I say it because it made me think deeply about what social media has become, and about the difference between being connected and truly being in relationship with one another. During 2025, through my talks and wider global reach, I asked hundreds of millions of people to close their eyes and picture “home.” When they opened their eyes, I showed them NASA’s Blue Marble image of Earth and asked how many had pictured our planet as their home. Almost nobody had. For me, these two experiences connect. We have extraordinary communication technologies, enormous networks, millions of connections, and unprecedented access to one another. Yet humanity still struggles to see the whole, support one another around meaningful work, and recognize Earth as the home we all share. So I am left with a deeper question: What would happen if we treated our networks as communities rather than audiences? What if we listened when someone asked for help, made the introduction, shared the idea, opened the door, or simply said, “I know someone you should speak with”? Creating a World That Works for Everyone begins with how we show up for one another. I have also given thousands of copies of Homo Universalis away at Davos and events around the world because I believe these ideas need to circulate far beyond those who purchase a book. And there is good news. Persistence eventually led me to people who understood the vision. I am now working toward the next chapter with ORO Editions, a global publisher whose thinking and approach feel strongly aligned with the book. The Third Deluxe Edition of Homo Universalis: The Regenaissance is now moving toward publication across multiple formats. Perhaps the silence itself taught me something important. Reach is not community. Connection is not relationship. Attention is not action. We build the future through what we choose to do for one another.
