#南橫 #台20線 #台20線南部橫貫公路 #南橫公路 #南橫的美麗與哀愁 #南橫公路的美麗與哀愁 南橫的美麗與哀愁2019(The beauty and sorrow of Nanheng Highway 2019 ) 【公民記者洪春景台東報導】南橫是台灣最美的高山公路，雲海、神木、峽谷、溫泉、古道、救國團山莊，是許多人難以忘懷的記憶。但是南橫美麗的山景卻因九十八年的莫拉克颱風帶來的88水災而蒙塵，南橫西段的勤河明隧道到復興里等八公里道路被掩埋在砂石下超過三十米，東段埡口的大崩塌近五百公尺路基掉下萬丈深淵之中，近十年來雖然交通部投入數十億元的經費重建，但是經常被突如其來的極端降雨打回原形。 本紀錄片所收錄的影像含括八八前的南橫美景及災後實況與搶修紀錄，東段災情以實況紀錄為主，西段則以在地居民提供影像及回溯訪談為主，透過長期蹲點紀錄，呈現在地居民與工務單位和施工工人員在八八後的努力與處境，並對公路地質地貌變遷做第一手的呈現，希望透過本片提醒閱聽大眾，暖化下極端氣候的強降雨已是常態，南橫的災況雖是特例，但是卻極具指標性意義，如果暖化無法遏止，他們的處境也將是我們日後必須面對的課題。
