Two iconic comfort food dishes collide on one sheet pan — chicken parm meets lasagna in the most unexpected and delicious way. Broken lasagna noodles, seasoned meat sauce, creamy ricotta and crispy store bought breaded chicken cutlets all topped with bubbling mozzarella and broiled until golden. This is the first recipe of Easy One Pan Chicken Pasta Week — and that golden cheese over crispy chicken on a sheet pan is genuinely one of the most impressive dinner shots you'll take all summer.
