#vocalsynth #vocaloid #iyowa #hatsunemiku this song got me feeling all jolly and whimsical bro 🥹🥹✨🎄 very cute i love iyowa's snow miku so much (though i love snow mikus in general. hatsune miku OWNS winter) [ TRANSLATION NOTES ] (0:16) "shiawase" is a japanese word for "happiness". (0:43) from what i've read, "sakuretsu" is usually used to refer to explosion, so that at first made me go "?? miku you are not angry birds why are you exploding" but then i read that it can also be used as a metaphor. so. yeah i've said this before i tend to take things a bit too literally ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ (0:45) the word that's used here can also mean "prize" or "reward" but i thought "treat" would be more appropriate considering the song's theme. (0:49) miku uses an expression that usually describes a long way, trip, etc, for example, it can be used to say something like "you came here all the way from (place)?" (0:50) "okoshi kudasaimashita" is a polite way to thank someone for, well, coming somewhere, like to a party or some kind of event. also often used when talking to customers, and it makes sense since miku here seems to own a bakery or a pastry shop. (1:13) "meshiagare" can be used to say something like "help yourself" or "eat up". (1:44) okay maybe i'm just dumb but like. if i understood this part correctly, more literally it means something like "we're planning to share the numbness of our hands with our cheeks". i decided to translate it a bit differently because i have no idea how to make it sound. well. like something a normal person would say 😠also, here miku uses a very cutesy and childish word for "cheeks". (2:15) again. i didn't know how to make this one sound more "normal". but yeah uh. fragrance. wide. starry sky. how do you. how do you words. (2:26) it can be translated as something like "it's elegant/graceful/relaxing/calm time". i thought "relaxing/calm" would fit the best. (3:18) also can be translated as "only the exceptional/the best of the best happiness for you".
