Turn off the heat and add hing, curry leaves, shallots. Turn on the heat again and roast the shallots for about 30 seconds. 7. Transfer the prepared tempering to the curd rice and mix well. 8. Finally add the finely chopped coriander leaves and mix. Garnish with grated carrot and pomegranate arils. 9. Yummy and soothing curd rice is ready to be served immediately.
