Ingredients Rice flour – 1 cup Powdered sugar – 1/3 cup Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp Milk – 2 tbsp Ghee – 1 tbsp and to fry anarsa Directions Making: 1. For making anarsa, combine rice flour, powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of ghee together in a mixing bowl. Then add 1 tsp of milk at a time to the flour mixture and knead soft dough. Cover and leave the dough for 30 minutes. 2. Later, dough will be ready to make anarsa. Heat enough ghee in a wok to deep fry the anarsa. Meanwhile, pinch some dough and coat it with sesame seeds.
