20 Chiropractors Later… He’s Finally Getting His Mobility Back! | Part 3 After years of severe lower back pain, stiffness, and restricted mobility, Llantana returns for his THIRD visit with Dr. Rahim, and he’s experiencing movement he hasn’t had in years. Llantana originally traveled from Mexico to Los Angeles after visiting approximately 20 chiropractors across four countries without finding the relief he was looking for. His case involves significant spondylolisthesis, a transitional vertebra, and an old tailbone injury that Dr. Rahim identified during his initial Gonstead examination. After his first adjustment, Llantana was amazed that he could bend forward and touch his toes without his familiar back pain for the first time in three years. Now, on his third visit, he reports continued improvement in mobility, although some stiffness remains. Dr. Rahim explains how long-standing soft tissue restrictions and adaptive changes may contribute to persistent stiffness, even as spinal mobility improves. TODAY’S GONSTEAD FINDINGS & ADJUSTMENTS: 🔸 C2 — Specific seated cervical adjustment 🔸 L1 — Deep knee-chest adjustment that Dr. Rahim calls a “GRAND SLAM!” 🔸 S2 — Specific sacral contact using the Hi-Lo table in the management of his spondylolisthesis case 🔸 TMJ — Assessment and specific jaw adjustment Following the adjustments, Llantana walks around and reports that the stiffness he had been experiencing is beginning to ease. On re-examination, he reports no pain at the sacrum, L1, or neck. This is what I love about the Gonstead System: carefully analyzing the spine, identifying specific findings, and selecting the appropriate adjustment rather than simply chasing cracking sounds. EXPERIENCE THE GONSTEAD DIFFERENCE. ▶️ Watch Parts 1 and 2 of Llantana’s journey on my channel. 🌐 www.drrahim.com 📍 Los Angeles | Dubai Subscribe for more real patient journeys, Gonstead chiropractic education, full-spine X-ray analysis, and specific chiropractic adjustments.
